This cosy self catering holiday cottage is in an exceptionally peaceful setting surrounded by the river Alde on three sides with close access to walking and beaches. The Farm is set in 80 acres of lush green horse and sheep grazed fields. With meandering freshwater marshes, frequented by Deer, Owls, Marsh Harriers, and a wide variety of other wildlife.

The owners are Jane & Piers Marson, Jane breeds Anglo Arab horses and Piers runs an IT business from the farm. We keep a variery of animals including goats, chickens, ducks, kune kune pigs and the statutory farm dog and cat, all very friendly & used to children.

Our location
Located down a private 1/4 mile driveway on a 80 acre farm, Valley Farm is a lovely quiet location with horse grazed paddocks and spring waterways.
