Directions to us from A12 travelling North:

	When you get to Woodbridge on the A12 when you get past the two Shell garages (one on each side of the road) get in the right hand lane (40 mph limit) and then at the next roundabout turn on to the A 1152
	Drive down the Hill and the straight over the traffic lights at the cross roads.
	Go over the Melton railway crossing and then turn left to Orford at the roundabout
	Keep on this road which although you stay on the same road becomes the B1084. Drive through the village of Butley (Oyster Pub on RHS) and then Chillesford (Froize pub on RHS)
	You will get to a cross roads with a Church opposite in the distance. Turn left here and into Sudbourne
	In Sudbourne turn right down School lane (also marked Baptist Church), marked by a bus stop and phone box on the Right hand side.
	Drive down the road and out of Sudbourne with the forest on your right & fields with high deer fencing on left.
	At the end of the lane is a T-junction, go straight over and down dirt track to black gates at end
	Drive through right hand set of black (single) gates and past main house
	The Cottage is yellow painted single storey building just past the main house.
	Please park on the left bay of the concrete hard area in front of the garage.
