Directions to us from A12 travelling South:

	A12 from Norwich, turn left to Aldeburgh after the 50 MPH speed camera, which is past Saxmundham
	Turn right after the Snape Garage, opposite the Church, and follow road down hill past The Crown Inn and over bridge past Snape Maltings
	Immediately around the corner turn left towards Sudbourne and Orford
	In Sudbourne turn left down School lane (also marked Baptist Church), marked by a bus stop and phone box on the left hand side
	Drive down the road and out of Sudbourne with the forest on your right & fields with high deer fencing on left.
	At the end of the lane is a T-junction, go straight over and down dirt track to black gates at end
	Drive through right hand set of black (single) gates and past main house
	The Cottage is yellow painted single storey building just past the main house.
	Please park on the left bay of the concrete hard area in front of the garage.
